What is Mobility Pro?

Mobility Pro is the app that tests and improves your mobility, in a personalized way, with the specific goal of improving your golf performance.
Created by golf experts and health professionals, Mobility Pro helps you to break the functional barriers which limits your full potential as a golfer.

The Mobility Pro app offers you the only mobility program for golf that takes into account your own mobility weaknesses, your specific needs and desires, and your available time. Whether you are at home or on the golf course.

How can Mobility Pro help me?

Mobility Pro can help you improve your golf performance:

Improve your sensations on the driving range and on the golf course.
Better ability to perfect your swing.
Better consistency of your swing.
Optimization of your power transfer to the club head.

THE MOBILITY PRO MOBILITY TEST

How does the Mobility Pro mobility test work?

Thanks to your smartphone technology, the Mobility Pro mobility test allows you to determine your overall mobility score, discover your strengths and weaknesses and in this hand determine priority areas to improve which allow Mobility Pro to personalized your mobility protocols.

The Mobility Pro mobility test also shows you your detailed mobility score, zone by zone, specifically: shoulders, thorax, hips, posterior chain and ankles.

Once you have created your free account on the Mobility Pro app, click on “TEST MY MOBILITY”. You will then be guided through 10 different tests which are accompanied by a video demonstration. The whole test only takes 12 to 15 minutes to complete.

When and how do I complete my initial Mobility Pro mobility test?

To ensure that the mobility test takes place in the best possible conditions, you should ideally complete your test at least 2 hours after waking up, without any prior mobilization or specific training. Avoid performing the test if you are feeling stiff.

Why my "mobility priorities" can be different from my greatest weakness?

Mobility Pro configures your "Mobility Priorities" by systematically prioritizing your security. Your "Mobility Priorities" are therefore those that Mobility Pro considers to be not the weakest, but the most profitable to improve. This is to make your golf practice as safe as possible and to accelerate your progress.

The Mobility Pro mobility test algorithm also takes into account golf injury statistics. Thanks to the Mobility Pro mobility test, each month your "Mobility Priorities" are reviewed according to this same principle.

I made a mistake when performing my mobility test. How do I reset it?

You can reset your mobility test by clicking on your mobility score on the dashboard, then clicking on “Reset my test”. Your last mobility score will then be deleted, your previous score will reappear and the “Test my mobility” button will be functional again. You can then take the Mobility Pro mobility test again. Warning: This action is irreversible.

For information, the "Test my mobility" button automatically becomes active again 30 days after your last test.

CREATING AND MANAGING YOUR MOBILITY PRO ACCOUNT

How do I create a Mobility Pro account?

Download the Mobility Pro app from the AppStore (if you use an iPhone) or the Google PlayStore (if you use an Android phone).

Once downloaded, open the Mobility Pro app.

Click on the “sign up” button
Fill in your email address (you must have access to this email box)
Accept the general terms of use, then click on “Sign up”
Go to your email box
Open the email that Mobility Pro sent you (check your junk mail)
Click on the link in the email
Go back to the Mobility Pro app

How do I change the language of my Mobility Pro app?

To change the language of your Mobility Pro app, go to the Mobility Pro settings screen by touching the scale icon in the bottom right of the screen. Click on the first available “Language” option, then select your preferred language.

How do I change the email associated with my account?

To change the email address associated with your Mobility Pro account, simply send an email to help@mobilitypro.app clearly stating the email address that is currently associated with your Mobility Pro account and the new email address you would like to use. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the email address associated with your Mobility Pro account has been changed.

Can I use my Mobility Pro app for free?

Your Mobility Pro account allows you to test your mobility once for free and also access 1 “DAILY” protocol, 1 “ACTIVATE” protocol and 1 “RECOVER” protocol. This allows you to clearly see the effectiveness of the MOBILITY PRO Premium personalized mobilization protocols!

You also receive free and unlimited access to all of the MOBILITY PRO exercise videos from the app’s video library (more than 240 exercises)!

To extend your MOBILITY PRO experience, you can enjoy a free 14-day trial period for your first subscription to MOBILITY PRO Premium.However, if you are not satisfied with the Mobility Pro Premium experience, simply cancel your subscription before the end of the 14-day period. In this case, you will not be charged, and the full functionality of Mobility Pro Premium will no longer be available to you.

What is Mobility Pro Premium?

Mobility Pro Premium gives you unlimited access to all of the personalized mobilization protocols which will allow you to improve your mobility on the long term, prepare your body before the golf session and recover better from the effort.Besides that, Mobility Pro Premium gives you access to a monthly mobility test so you can track your progress and data!

How to subscribe to Mobility Pro Premium?

Download the Mobility Pro app, then go to the “Settings” tab and click on “Become premium”.From here, you’ll be able to choose the subscription plan you prefer and benefit from a 14-day free trial for your first subscription.

Why has the payment failed?

A poor connection or temporary loss of internet connection can cause a payment failure. In this case, please try again later.

Payment may have failed if you have insufficient funds or payment restrictions implemented by your bank. If you think that may be the case, please contact your bank.

How can I manage my payment method?

How do I change my Mobility Pro Premium monthly subscription to a six month or annual subscription?

If you have subscribed via iTunes, you can change your subscription by following this procedure: click here

Make sure you are connected to the right Google account
On the left, click on "My subscriptions”

How do I obtain an invoice for my Mobility Pro subscription?

If you subscribed to Mobility Pro Premium through iTunes or PlayStore, your subscription is billed directly by Apple or Google. To have access to it, open your iTunes or PlayStore’s subscription, and select “Mobility Pro”.

How do I cancel my Mobility Pro subscription?

To unsubscribe, go to the “Settings” screen of the Mobility Pro app and click on “My Premium”. Then:

If you subscribed via iTunes, select Mobility Pro in the list of your iTunes subscriptions, then click on “Cancel subscription”
If you subscribed via PlayStore, on the right top corner, click on your account, “Payments & subscriptions”, “Subscriptions”, select Mobility Pro then “Cancel subscription”

How can I be sure that I unsubscribe from Mobility Pro Premium?

You can view the status of your subscription directly on the “Settings” screen of the Mobility Pro app, “My Premium”.

UNDERSTANDING AND OPTIMIZING THE USE OF THE MOBILITY PRO FEATURES

What is the different Mobility Pro mobilization protocols?

There are 4 different types of Mobility Pro protocols. Each type of protocol has been studied and designed to help you achieve your goals, whether it is to improve your performance, your recovery or your well-being.

“ACTIVATE” protocols: These protocols are adapted to your "Mobility Priorities", to your equipment and time you have available. The "ACTIVATE" protocols prepare your body to move optimally before your golf session. They are composed of dynamic mobilization exercises, muscle activations and short static stretches (1 minute max).
“RECOVER” protocols: These protocols are adapted to your "Mobility Priorities", to your equipment and time you have available. They are composed exclusively of targeted self-massages whose goal is to relax the muscles that have been the most solicited during your golf session.
“DAILY” mobilization protocols: These protocols come in two different categories: "Personalized Flows" which are adapted to your "Mobility Priorities", and "Specific Flows" which allow you to work on the specific area of your choice. The "DAILY" protocols allow you to improve your mobility and flexibility over the long term, with the goal of accelerating and facilitating your golf progress. The "SPECIFIC FLOWS" mobilization protocols: These protocols are a sub-category of the "DAILY" protocols. They are adapted to the time you have available, and allow you to target a specific area of the body, according to your own needs and desires.

What is the best time of the day to perform my Mobility Pro protocols?

Each Mobility Pro protocol has been designed to meet your individual needs, depending on the context and time of day.

The "ACTIVATE" mobilization protocols prepare your body before a golf session. You can choose the "AT HOME" option to take the time to perform your protocol in optimal conditions before leaving for the golf course, or "AT THE GOLF COURSE" to perform a shorter protocol just before starting your session. Of course, you can do both for maximum combined effectiveness!
The "RECOVER" protocols help your body recover from a golf session. They can be adapted to be performed quickly and efficiently right after your session, directly at the golf course (select the " AT THE GOLF COURSE " option), or when you are back home, in order to offer you a more complete protocol to be performed in optimal conditions (in this case, select the " AT HOME " option). You can combine both for optimal recovery!
The "DAILY" mobilization protocols are tailor-made to fit your "Mobility Priorities" ("Personalized Flow" option), your own desires ("Specific Flows" option), and the time you have available. You can perform these protocols whenever you want to relax and take care of your body while improving your mobility for golf in the long term. Done in the morning, your "DAILY" protocol will help you wake up your body to start your day. Performed in the evening, it will greatly help you fall asleep. Avoid doing a "DAILY" protocol just before going to the golf course (in this case, prioritize an "ACTIVATE" protocol).

How often should I perform my Mobility Pro protocols to see real progress?

For maximum efficacy, perform a short “DAILY” protocol every day rather than 2 or 3 long protocols on weekends only. Ideally, perform a “DAILY” protocol for 22 minutes every day and use the “ACTIVATE” and “RECOVER” protocols before and after every golf session.
